These pages give you general information on certain things which you can use to take care of your rental place to make things a bit easier. It's mostly reflective of your lease agreement or expands up on it. These web pages are updated form time to time, therefore, visit them from time to time so you can remain up to date.

If you, your family, or visitor inadvertently cause any issues or situation that requires attention, this includes, but it's not limited to, clogged sinks/toilets/septic tanks, damaged or broken faucets (seals or handles), ceiling fans (switches [including pull string types], etc.), walls, or any internal/external systems.

You have the following options:

1. Contact a professional service provider.

If you do so, I require Ricky to oversee the work once done .

2. Hire Ricky to do the job.

---> Either choice is at your sole financial cost and time <---

The above does not mean that you are responsible for 100% of all issues. Such would be assessed and determined after Ricky or I take a look at anything which you have a question(s) about, as there things that do happen without anyone contributing to the results (for example, a rainwater roof leak).

NOTE

If there's a neighbor who is making excessive noise beyond reasonable levels or hours, please try to contact them directly and try to remedy situation that way first. If unsuccessful, call police (Phone numbers are UNdER "ESSENTIAL NUMBERS").
DO not call landlord/maintenance to solve such issue(s),
NOR if/while you're intoxicated.

If you wish, VIA TEXT ONLY, you may inform us or possibly request assistance (if we are available).
