Newnan Utilities: electric and/or water & sewer services. Should you have a water line breakage on property, they will shut off main upon request. If you have their sewer service, they will also unclog EXTERIOR lines ONLY that belong to them or as a result they will tell you that is on your side (then you will need to hire a professional or Ricky).
