Sunbird Unit # 507W is an "A" unit floor plan; a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath rental which would be the perfect condo for a small family vacation or a getaway for two! This gulf front condo has what you need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. Sunbird is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. It sits right on S. Thomas Drive, right next to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant (see live beach cam)! Catch the waves and sunsets through the large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors or enjoy an evening on the private balcony that overlooks the courtyard, complete with chairs, breathtaking sunsets and endless gulf views. The kitchen has the conveniences of home; it features major appliances, a small microwave oven, a blender and coffee maker as well as pots, pans, glasses, and utensils. The unit also offers a wall mounted hair dryer, iron and ironing board. This condo is equipped with free wireless wi-fi, cable TV (1 in the Living room and 1 in the bedroom), local phone service telephone and central air condition / heat system.The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and spacious bathroom with tub/shower combo plus 2 full size sofa beds and it can accommodate up to 6 people. Sunbird Condominiums are within walking distance to several more restaurants, shops, miniature golf, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Wal-Mart, a short drive to Pier Park Mall and more.      You would be renting this condo directly from the owners, therefore the savings difference from the managed properties is passed on to you! However, along with the savings you also forego some of the offered amenities from the rental office. For example, you don't get Concierge Service, grocery and shopping delivery, etc.

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES

- CONDITONS AND ADDITIONAL FEES -

  • ALL PRICES/RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.
  • MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE AND TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY (we reserve the right to request proper ID).
  • NO SUBLETTING.
  • LISTED PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE END OF STAY MAID SERVICE WHICH IS $75.00.
  • A REFUNDABLE $25 KEY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (REFUNDED UPON KEY RETURN).
  • COMPLEX FEES WHEN YOU ARRIVE: PER VEHICLE PARKING PERMIT AT $15 EACH* (Which covers whole stay) AND A $2/PERSON POOL BAND, WHICH IDENTIFIES YOU AS A GUEST TO SECURITY PERSONELL AND STAFF.
  • * Max number of vehicles 2 per guest during NON heavy accupancy dates, which are major holidays. Includes all motorized vehicles.

- TO RESERVE -

  • MINIMUM RESERVATION FUNDS: A $150 PAYMENT MUST BE MADE SHORTLY AFTER RESERVATION TO HOLD DESIRED DATES. THOSE FUNDS WILL APPLY TOWARDS TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. WHOLE BALANCE IS DUE NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR ARRIVAL DATE (THIS IS ALSO KEY GIVEN DATE).
  • We suggest you reserve with as much ample time as possible. Especially during the high season which is typically March through August.

- METHODS OF PAYMENTS -

  • SORRY, CREDIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
  • PERSONAL CHECKS ONLY ACCEPTED IF FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE/VERIFIED IMMEDIATELY AND WITH AMPLE TIME FOR DRAFT CLEARANCE (AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE). BOUNCED OR NSF DRAFTS CARRY A $75 FEE.
  • PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN CASH, BANK OF AMERICA** DEPOSITS OR VIA Pay via Pay Pal to doug@townlinx.com (USE EMAIL: DOUG@TOWNLINX.COM and select "friends and family")
    **For BOA deposits, an account number will be provided for transaction.

- CANCELLATION POLICY (FROM ARRIVAL DATE, REFUNDED AMOUNTS in %) -

  • MORE THAN ONE MONTH NOTICE: 75% OF RESERVATION FUNDS.
  • LESS THAN ONE MONTH, BUT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS: 50% OF RESERVATION FUNDS.
  • LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, BUT MORE THAN 1 WEEK: LOSS OF RESERVATION FUNDS.
  • LESS THAN 1 WEEK: LOSS OF RESERVATION FUNDS AND 1 NIGHT'S RATE DEDUCTED.

  • When you arrive at the complex, you must check in with the "Home Owner's Association" (located on ground level, between East and West Towers) for a $2/per person pool band, which identifies you as a guest and a $15 parking permit/per vehicle (which covers whole stay).
