Although a basic amount of the list below is provided, you may want
to bring extra (or you can shop for them at Wal-Mart, which is
located 1 block over):

7. Shampoo/conditioner
8. Trash bags (medium and small)
For gate access code, if you did not bring it with you, contact owner(s) at above
number(s). This information is generally provided when key is given. Key is given once all
funds are paid in full. (Gate access code: ___________ )
When you arrive
at the complex, you must check in with the Home Owner's Association (HOA, located on
ground level, between East and West Towers) for a $2/per person pool band
fee, which identifies you as a guest and a $15 parking permit fee/per vehicle.
Let them know that you're renting unit # 507W.
Their hours of OPERATION ARE:
MONDAY through FRIDAY from 8am to 5pM
SATURDAY from 9am to 4pm
SUNDAY: CLOSED

If you arrive after hours, check with them the next open day for permit/band. All times

When you arrive and enter gate, unit # 507W is located on West Tower (to your right as you enter gate). It's located on 5th floor and you can either take stairs or elevators from the lobby. Luggage carts are provided for your convenience (located in lobby after the Laundry room). Once you get to 5th floor via the elevators, exit to your left then turn right. After a few steps, take left hall (past the stair wells) to end of hall. Make another left and you will be facing door 507 (see video).
When you enter the unit please adjust the thermostat
temperature to your desire. It's located on the wall after you turn the first left.
UPON Leaving, PLEASE ensure you adjust the thermostat to:
85 degrees in the summer
55 degrees in the winter

You can get rid of trash via the trash chute located in front corner across elevators or go to lobby area and around to the left as you exit the lobby.
Should you desire "maid or housekeeping service" during your stay, you can contact Ms. Tina Thomson (please do it 1 day before hand) at 850-276-2016 or you can try emailing her at simplycleanpcb@gmail.com. Any service(s) she provides to you while there are at your direct expense to her [her pricing is very reasonable :) ]. For example, she can provide fresh towels exchange, mid-stay cleaning, etc. This is NOT covered by end of stay service which you pay for. If you want or are able to "do it yourself", you can wash towels, etc. in the coin operated Laundry room which is located in the lobby area
Should the unit need maintenance attention, first try to contact owner(s). If unsuccessful, then contact HOA office at 850-235-0387 for coordination during normal business hours. Keep in mind they will contact us first before doing anything unless it's urgent.
